Enter your pickup and destination
Open the app, drop a pin for where you are and where you're going. Jararide shows you a suggested fare range based on distance and time of day — but it's only a guide.

Set the price you're willing to pay
Type in your own offer. Go with the suggested range or set your own — it's your budget, your call.

Watch offers roll in
Nearby verified drivers see your trip request and respond, either accepting your price or countering with their own. Offers show driver rating, car type, and how far away they are.

Choose your driver
Compare the offers that come in and pick the one that fits — fastest arrival, best rating, or the price you wanted. No obligation to accept the first offer.

Track your ride, share it if you want to
Once you're matched, follow your driver's live location, share the trip with a friend or family member, and rate your trip when you arrive.

Good to know
What if no driver accepts my price?
You can raise your offer at any time, or wait — new drivers come online constantly. Jararide will also suggest a fair-range adjustment if your first offer is well below what drivers are accepting nearby.
Can I cancel after I've booked?
Yes. Cancel free of charge within the grace window shown in-app. Cancelling after a driver has already started heading your way may carry a small fee, shown before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Cash, card, or in-app wallet — choose your preferred method before you confirm a driver, and it's saved for next time.
Is my trip data shared with anyone?
Only your matched driver sees your live trip details, and only for the duration of that ride. See our safety page for more.
